Passengers in Spain filmed the terrifying moment their train came to a stop as bushfires raged outside.
The train was en route from Madrid to Ferrol in the northwest when the driver halted the journey in the Zamora region.
Spain is in the grip of a second heat wave this summerwhich has pushed temperatures above 40°C on several days and caused more than 510 heat-related deaths.
More than 173,000 hectares have been burned in Spain so far this year, according to official data, the worst year of the past decade.
Fires are burning over thousands of hectares in Galicia, Castile and León, Catalonia, Extremadura and Andalusia.
