Tesla will hold a random draw to select shareholders to attend the 2022 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, Report Tesla oracle, Instructions on how to enter it are also included. Tesla has announced in its filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that it will select a limited number of shareholders to attend the August 4 meeting. Tesla also notified shareholders by email and paper letter to provide a mandate for the meeting. Tesla shareholders can also effectively attend the meeting here.
Drawing input method
If you own Tesla shares and would like to participate in a random draw, Tesla has a dedicated page with details on how to apply. Please be sure to read these terms. Tesla only considers shareholders who purchased / owned Tesla shares prior to June 6, 2022. Therefore, if you purchase shares after that date, you will be physically and virtually disqualified from participating in the lottery and attending the meeting.
Maximize fairness
Tesla said on that page: “To maximize fairness, we are conducting a random draw to determine if shareholders are eligible to attend the meeting directly. If you were a shareholder on June 6, 2022, this is the case. You can apply for the lottery.
“Please note that you will need to upload appropriate evidence of Tesla’s shareholding on June 6, 2022 (not any other date, including another date in June 2022).”
