The hunt for the killer of a 'beautiful mother and wife' who died in a horrific double stabbing on Bournemouth Beach has entered its fifth day.
Amie Gray, 34, a women's football coach from nearby Poole, is described by her family as a 'beautiful person inside and out'. She was found with stab wounds on Durley Chine Beach shortly before midnight on Friday and died at the scene.
Dorset Police initially arrested a 17-year-old boy on Saturday but revealed they had later excluded him from their investigation, urging the public against 'useless speculation'.
Now concerns continue to grow in the city as police search for a hooded man after CCTV footage of him was released on Sunday.
Locals in the seaside town say the tourist hotspot has deteriorated and risen in recent years crime and a lack of security as police continue to investigate a tragic double stabbing that left one woman dead and another hospitalized with serious injuries.
A local resident, who did not want to be named, said: “There has certainly been a noticeable increase in anti-social behavior and crime in Bournemouth in recent years.

'And I think there is a connection between that and the municipality cutting back on safety. They used to hire proper security to patrol the beach, but now they only have rangers, who have no authority to detain anyone.
'It's alarming, the number of rapes and stabbings in Bournemouth recently. It's rough out here right now.”
A couple who rent a beach hut but wish to remain anonymous said: 'I think Bournemouth has gone downhill lately. We are certainly concerned about this incident, but we wouldn't walk on the beach late at night and we have never had any real problems during the day.'
The fatal stabbing happened shortly before midnight on Friday, and three days later a mile-long stretch of beach remains cordoned off with officers searching both the sand and the cliff.
Dorset Police said a 38-year-old woman, also from Poole, was continuing to be treated after being seriously injured in the attack.
At the weekend, Amie's wife Sian Gray and their daughter paid tribute to her by scattering rose petals into the sea at sunset as they looked up at the sky and told her they love her.
Sian said: “Sunsets will always remind us of you, Amie Gray. Loved wife and mother forever.”
Friend Michelle Small said: 'I'm devastated. Worked with Amie Gray in her very first job when she turned 17.
'She was always the kindest, sweet young girl and remained so throughout her cruelly short life. RIP beautiful girl.”
Nicola Smale, another friend, said: “Fly high Amie Gray, I will miss you so much. I feel so heavy! You were such a good friend and someone I could call about anything. A beautiful person inside and out, thank you for all the laughs and memories I will cherish forever.”
Alice Fraser added: 'You lit up the room with your fun and bubbly presence.'

Concerned citizens have shared their concerns that a killer is on the loose after police released the only suspect in a murder investigation.
Leanne Cotton said: 'So this man has been walking the streets for three days because you suggested you had the man responsible? Great work by Dorset Police.”
Cathy Jacques said: 'I would suggest warning women not to go out after dark now as the killer is still out there. Bournemouth is no longer safe, and hasn't been for a few years now.'
Gemma Heawood added: 'It's so scary to know whoever did it is still out there.'
At a news conference, detectives sought to reassure locals and visitors by increasing patrols for the remainder of the holiday weekend.
Chief Inspector Richard Dixey said: “We understand the concerns the public will have as a result of this incident.
“There will be an increased police presence in the area.”
CCTV images of the suspect were released on Sunday evening, with Detective Inspector Richard Dixey asking anyone who had seen the person pictured or anything unusual to come forward.
Officers with metal detectors and sniffer dogs were seen combing the beach, leading to suggestions they may have been searching for the murder weapon.
Flowers have been laid in Ms Gray's honor on the other side of the miles-long police cordon stretching to Bournemouth Pier.

The victim was the head women's coach of Dorset Football Club, with members saying they 'couldn't put this into words at the moment'.
The club's profile picture was changed to a black square. A photo posted by one of Ms Gray's relatives showed her holding an award she had received for her work at the club.
“I'm sorry for your loss, she was a beautiful person,” said a friend.
Bournemouth West MP Sir Conor Burns said: “Another tragic, brutal event on the ground.
“You will want to reassure the public that one of the reasons these events are still so newsworthy is that they are still so relatively rare.
“We want to hear from the police quickly what they find and hope that it is an isolated, random act of violence.”
Mr Dixey, from the Major Crime Investigation Team, added that online speculation about the 'horrible incident' was 'not helpful'.

Jo Taylor, from nearby Christchurch, said she was already nervous about coming to Bournemouth and added that knife crime is not punished harshly enough.
A couple visiting the resort said: 'We came all the way from Bethnal Green to find a stabbing incident here in sunny Bournemouth.'
Ali Townsend, 50, a marketing director on holiday from Cheltenham with her husband and son, said: 'It's just incredibly tragic that a young woman has died and another woman is fighting for her life.
'We are staying near where it happened and wanted to go for a walk last night but decided not to.
“I'm not afraid of the increased police presence, but something like this does put things into perspective.”
