Guest hosts Chelsea Clinton, 42, and Alyssa Farrah Griffin, 33, shared their thoughts on the ramifications of the historic decision, along with Sunny Hostin43.
Chelsea called the “harassment” and “demonization of caregivers”.
Alyssa added: “This is what drives me crazy about the current Republican party.
“It’s not in line with what conservative values are.”
Whoppi jumped in when Alyssa spoke about the interstate travel ban.
The Ghost actress raged, “I always thought that conservatism always thought, ‘We have to do this, but we don’t want you in our business.
“So okay! Get out of my womb!
“Take me to my doctor! Whatever happens in my body, you don’t know. You don’t know who’s going to have an abortion.”
She continued: “We won’t tell you! You don’t know why people are leaving your state! So don’t pretend you know!
Whoopi concluded, “Because what you’ve done is create a problem when there wasn’t one!”
This is not the first time the View host has been heated during a current issue.
ARMS CONTROL
Recently, the ABC show has started discussing the hosts arms control.
During the debate with Ana Navarro50, and Sunny, the 66-year-old hostess, asked what President Joe Biden could do right now “when we haven’t had anything done yet.”
The Ghost actress: “The question remains, what can he do? What’s missing here?”
She continued, “Should this power be in the hands of the president?”
When Ana was about to make her point and replied, “I think he’s doing what he can…”, Whoopi interrupted and belched loudly.
Ana asked, “Are you okay?”
Whoopi apologized and replied, “I was talking and burping at the same time.”
The crowd laughed as the Sister Act star fooled herself during the mid-air gaffe.
Ana then went back to the gun control discussion.
MISSING JOY
Meanwhile, the ladies of The View returned to their New York City set after previously taking a trip to the Bahamas, where they celebrated 25 seasons of the daytime talk show.
Since their return, Joy Behar79, was recently absent from the talk show.
Viewers are in the dark about why she is missing.
Whoopi jokingly told fans of the comedian: “Joy is not out with COVID. She’s over something else, the flu, or maybe she’s pregnant, I don’t know.”
