Tom took to Instagram on Sunday and shared a photo of a large group of his friends and family as they gathered in a park, with the caption: ‘Today was for us Dani’, along with a withart emoji.

The television personality Tom also shared a photo of himself sharing a kiss with Danielle while the couple posed in front of a lake.
He captioned the photo: ‘There are honestly no words to describe how much I miss you Dan. Always.’

He posted the tribute along with a photo of the 34-year-old Hampson rocking their eight-month-old boy and says she died in the early hours of Saturday morning last week.
Tom wrote: ‘I can not believe I am writing these words, but my darling Dani – my best friend, my everything and more, the love of my life – passed away in the early hours of Saturday morning, June 18th.
‘On what was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives, ended in irreversible sadness.

‘I feel like I’ve raised an ocean. We never reached the altar; or we had to say vows, or we had to dance our first dance, but I know you know you were my whole world and the best thing that ever happened to me, Danielle.
“I will wear this ring I was always supposed to wear as a sign of my unconditional love for you.”
He added about how he plans to raise their son in her memory: ‘I’m completely broken to try to process it and I honestly do not know where to go from here, but I know I have to use any force that I can gather for our boy.

‘I will not be a mark on the parent you have already become, but I promise I will do my best to raise Bowie just the way we always wanted to. I promise you will know how wonderful his mom was. I promise to make you so proud.
‘The most beautiful person inside and out. The most incredible soul. We have lost such a special person and I am sure we are going to see an abundant outpouring of love that reflects this.
‘I will try to find peace in your messages and comments, but at the moment I mourn and will be for a very, very long time.
‘My darling Dani, the brightest light in any room, my world is nothing but darkness without you. I will miss you forever. ‘
