Kelsey Parker remembers her late husband Tom Parker as she marks their wedding anniversary.
The 30-year-old married the wanted star in July 2018 in a beautiful ceremony surrounded by friends and family, including Parker’s band members.
They continued with welcome two children together, daughter Aurelia, three, and son Bodhi, 22 months.
Not long after the birth of his son Bodhi, singer Parker was tragically diagnosed with terminal brain cancer died in March this year at age 33.
His friends and family have been devastated by his death and Kelsey has kept his memory alive in the months since.
She has shared videos of their children finding his newly released memoir in bookstores, planned charity events and erected a plaque including in his honor.
Now the mother of two has shared a beautiful video of the couple in happier times: their wedding day.
On Instagram, Kelsey marked their fourth wedding anniversary by sharing a video montage of their big day, including clips of her and Parker singing at the top table, dancing on stage and Kelsey singing with her bridesmaids.
A particularly beautiful moment is as the newlyweds dance and sing with their arms around each other, clasping hands and looking each other in the eye as their guests cheer them on.
Alongside the video, Kelsey wrote directly to her husband when she said, “Never did I ever think this is how I would be celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary, Tom.
“Most people want to have their wedding day again, I’d settle for a hug.”
She continued: ‘I miss you so much and it doesn’t get any easier, but as I promised, I’m here, stay positive, cheers to you and us and remain grateful for the time we had.
“Our wedding day was truly the happiest day of my life and I hold onto every memory of it. Love you Tom. Thank you for choosing me as Mrs. Parker.”
She ended her message with the family’s signature message: “Positive Parkers Forever.”
Kelsey was met with an outpouring of love from friends and followers, while fitness influencer Steph Elswood wrote: ‘Love you so much Kels❤️ was such a beautiful wedding and you will have those memories forever.’
Pixie Lott wrote: ‘I send lots of love to Kels’, while singer RuthAnne added: ‘What a wedding!!!! Such great memories!!!!’
Actor and comedian James English sent a series of red heart emojis, while Ollie Locke wrote, “Love you angel.”
Widow Kelsey recently revealed that she is planning a charity event to celebrate her late husband’s birthday, with a ‘family day’ to raise money for those in need.
She said the event was “to celebrate Tom’s legacy and his memory.”
“We want to raise much-needed money to help others battling this terrible disease,” she wrote.
“We want to have a positive impact on people’s lives when it’s most needed.”
