Arsenal, Tottenham and Chelsea are on pre-season tours around the world, but that doesn’t stop them from finalizing further transfer activities. The Gunners are working on a second strike against Manchester City, after reaching an agreement with the Premier League champions on a £30m fee for Oleksandr Zinchenko.
At Chelsea, both Raheem Sterling and Kalidou Koulibaly have joined the club during their time in the United States, while Presnel Kimpembe and Jules Kounde are being watched to join him. However, the Blues have reportedly turned down the chance to sign Paulo Dybala and will miss Matthijs de Ligt.
Meanwhile, Tottenham is finally getting closer to signing Djed Spence. The defender – a prime target for Antonio Conte – underwent a medical on Friday and was due to be announced on Monday. James Maddison would also be a target in midfield. Follow all the latest transfer news and rumors below!

According to football.london, Djed Spence’s move to Tottenham is likely to be announced on Monday.
The defender has completed his medical check-up and made his first talks with the club, so only the last bits of paperwork have yet to be confirmed.
Chelsea target wants to go to Bayern
Chelsea target Matthijs de Ligt wants to go to Bayern Munich, according to club CEO Oliver Kahn.
“We have had talks and the player wants to come to FC Bayern,” Kahn told Bild.
“We’ll have more discussions and then see how it goes.”

Sanchez is staying with Spurs
Davinson Sanchez has no plans to leave Tottenham this summer.
He told reporters, “Every summer it’s the same. This is my sixth season here.
“Of course we are focusing on the team and what the season means for this club. And of course there are always opportunities, but the Premier League is the best league in the world and you have to be a part of it if you want to play against the best players. “
Speaking of Spurs’ summer transfers, he added: “The level of the squad will certainly increase. Competing, challenging with my team-mates always increases healthy competition in the squad.
“That’s what we’re looking for, not just in my position, but we have at least two players for each position, which is good.”
Zinchenko could be ‘signing of the summer’
Darren Ambrose is very impressed with Arsenal’s transfer to Oleksandr Zinchenko.
He said: “I think this could be one of the summer’s signings and I don’t like to say that because I am a Spurs supporter. £30 million for Zinchenko, [Kieran] Tierney has problems with injuries so he has more than enough cover but I think he will move to midfield and I think it will improve Arsenal’s midfield.
“If you look at him for Ukraine, he plays in midfield, he gives you that bite, he’s also clearly a leader, he’s clearly a good character.
Mikel Arteta knows him from Manchester City so they have a good relationship, Gabriel Jesus is already there.
“City and Arsenal now have that relationship. City are not worried about Arsenal at the moment, so they send them players for half-decent prices as well.
“In the current climate, £30 million is a good price for a player who I think will go straight to the Arsenal first team.”
West Ham approaching Broja loan
West Ham are approaching a loan for Armando Broja, the Mail reports.
Chelsea do not want to sell the Albanian as they hope he will be good enough for the first team in the future, so they are open to another temporary move.
West Ham are leading the race to beat Broja for the season, and could then try to make a permanent transfer next summer.

Bayern Munich chief Oliver Kahn has addressed the club’s interest in Tottenham striker Harry Kane.
Bayern have sparked interest this summer after Robert Lewandowski’s loss to Barcelona, but Kahn was hesitant when asked whether the German giants could move this summer or next.
“He is under contract with Tottenham,” he told Bild. “Of course he is an absolute top striker, but that is all a dream of the future.
