Forces from Operation Hadin Kai neutralized some terrorists in Borno state.
Nigerian Army spokesman Major General Benard Onyeuko said troops of 24 TF Brigade Operation Hadin Kai contacted some Boko Haram terrorists in Gamage Village in Borno after which 5 terrorists were neutralized.
Items recovered from the terrorists include 2 x AK47 rifles, 3 x dane guns, 2 x AK47 magazines, 70 x 7.62mm ammo cartridges, 7 x locally manufactured 7.62mm ammo cartridges, 4 x mobile phones, 3 x ATM cards and several bags with various food items.
