TSB customers in the UK have lost access to internet banking after an unexpected outage this morning.
Reports of DownDetector rose after frustrated customers struggled to use the service.
According to the site, which measures outages of popular services, most of the problems are related to mobile banking.
Just over 50% of the reported problems are related to this, 28% are directly related to internet banking.
A TSB spokesperson said: “We are aware that some customers may experience problems accessing our mobile app and internet banking.
“We are working to resolve this as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience caused.”
