Twisted thugs kept men ‘slaves’ and set fire to one victim in sickening campaign of abuse

TWO sadistic felons have been jailed for keeping two vulnerable men as “slaves” in a sickening campaign of abuse.

Roheed Ahmed and Kameron Hussain were jailed for torturing the men, including setting a victim’s head on fire.

The two men targeted three men in total, while beating, financially controlling and shaving their victim’s heads during the despicable attacks.

The men were attacked with sticks, burned with lighters and punched in the face in the duos Wolverhampton flat, as one said he felt they “got a kick from beating him”.

Their crimes were only stopped after the suspects took one of the men to… asdawhere eagle-eyed workers saw his appearance and called the police.

The other “slave” later fled barefoot from the house of horrors, where they had been held captive.

Ahmed and Hussain pleaded guilty and were sentenced today to nine years and eight months each on three counts of false imprisonment, racially aggravated assault, two counts of assault, possession of an article and theft.

The men were also given a further three-year extended license after the trial at Wolverhampton Crown Court.

One of the victims, who had mental health problems, encountered the men after he was released from hospital in 2021.

He ended up living in a flat where he met several people, including Ahmed, reports Birmingham Live.

The court heard that he had been “drugs” and started drinking again, while Ahmed and others “used the flat as their property” and ordered around the residents.

Because the victim was being administered drugs and intimidated by threats of violence that were often carried out, he was told to make cups of tea and give foot massages to Ahmed and his associates.

The sadistic thugs also told the man that he owed them money for the drugs they had given him, and his bank cards were confiscated and the money removed.

The victim worked during the day, but returned to the flat where Hussein was in the evening.

He described how things went “from really bad to incredibly bad” and said he thought the defendants “got a kick from hitting him”.

At one point, the thugs thought money was missing and blamed the victim, forcing them to shave off his hair before forcing him to undress and run outside unclothed in the cold.

The sadistic defendants then beat the victim with sticks and made him “bark like a dog,” the court heard.

Detective Constable Moorhouse, of the West Midlands Police Force CID, said: “The humiliation and humiliation these men suffered was inhumane.

“They were completely controlled and treated worse than animals.

“They also reported that there were others who had experienced the same abuse.”
