'Unpleasant' video of young recruiters showing off their office with a PlayStation, pool table, beauty station and beer on tap has been labeled 'the most compelling argument for conscription'

A recruitment agency has come under fire from social media users after a group of their employees shared a video of them London office, bragging about playing computer games and having a beer tap in the kitchen.

The European recruitment agency Enzo Tech Group posted a video on TikTok leveraging the “of course us” trend, where users share stereotypical habits of certain groups.

The hashtag is popular on social media apps like TikTok and has been viewed over 57.8 million times on the app.

Viewers of the Enzo Tech Group clip couldn't help but poke fun at the staff, who all appear to be Gen Zers, after the team was filmed showing off their laid-back office and numerous work perks – which made one to say that it was a compelling argument for the return of National Service.

In the first part of the clip, a Generation Zer at the company is filmed filling up a pint of Peroni in the office kitchen. He said: 'We are recruiters, of course we have a beer tap in our office'.

Later in the clip, another staff member is filmed casually lounging on one of several couches. Surrounded by a TV and several table games, he said, “We're recruiters, of course we have one Play stationpool table and table tennis table.'

Another scene shows a woman walking past a glamorous-looking makeup mirror and a table full of beauty products. She said: 'We are recruiters, of course we have a beauty salon in our office.'

However, viewers of the clip quickly came up with their own hilarious versions of the trend, including: “we're recruiters, of course we failed our university degrees.”

Another user wrote: 'We are recruiters, we have nothing of value to offer to society, but we want money to find people who do.'

A third said: 'We're recruiters, of course we're on minimum wage! It's okay, our bonuses are free beer and a pool table.'

Others had their own opinion about the video with one text: 'Car sales, recruitment, real estate agents. Three of the cheapest, money-grubbing jobs for scammers are continuing. And these people think they're professionals?'

'Do adults work here?' another clapped back.

The agency, Enzo Tech Group, describes itself on LinkedIn as “an on-demand service that brings together IT professionals and companies across Europe so that everyone can reap the benefits.”

The year-old company is run by recruiters and salespeople with offices in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and on Canon Street in London.

The website, which is full of photos of what appears to be a largely Gen Z team, features silly one-liners like “we don't see sales as a sin.”

Among the other oddities, standing on a desk, an increasingly popular trend, is seemingly commonplace at the Canon Street office.

Such as the habit that Generation Zers are often criticized for: always on the phone, with one employee admitting: 'We are recruiters, of course I am always on the phone.'

Other videos posted by the company also show various work perks, including “spa days” and boozy lunches, as well as the company's Christmas party aboard a yacht.
