Previously, the company ran a so-called double data offer that was discontinued at the time of tariff increases in November 2021. But now the company has quietly increased the benefits of two prepaid plans. One of these plans now comes with 4 GB of daily data. Here’s everything you need to know.
The two plans we are talking about are coming for Rs 409 and Rs 475. As mentioned above, the data benefits of these plans have been increased by Vodafone idea. Both plans already provided a decent amount of data. But after the benefits review, the data bundled with these plans will increase further by 1 GB per day. Users also get an unlimited benefit for calling with 100 texts per day. Then there are Hero Unlimited perks like Binge All Night, Weekend Data Rollover, and Data Delights. There is also access to Vi Movies & TV VIP.
These benefits have not changed. What has changed is the data advantage. Previously, this plan came with 2.5 GB of daily data. But now the data advantage has been increased by 1 GB to 3.5 GB of data per day. So basically, with this plan, users get 28GB more data than before.
Vodafone Idea Rs 475 Prepaid Plan: Old vs New Benefits
Vodafone Idea’s Rs 475 prepaid subscription is also a great offering for customers with heavy data needs. Especially after the data surge to this plan, it will be a super treat for the consumers. Vodafone Idea offers users unlimited calls, 100 text messages per day and Hero Unlimited benefits with Vi Movies & TV VIP access to the customers with this subscription. This plan also has a validity of 28 days.
However, the data goes up from 3 GB per day to 4 GB. This means that the total data offered with both plans has increased by 28 GB. This significantly reduces the data costs of the subscription.
Vodafone Idea is once again the only operator in the industry to offer customers 4GB of daily data. However, both plans are valid for 28 days. So these are definitely not the ideal plans for budget-conscious consumers.
