Zhu Su of Three Arrows Capital finally breaks the silence; Details

The last few weeks have been incredibly hard on the crypto verse. When several projects came to light, investors were left with significant losses. The bankruptcy filing from Three Arrows Capital [3AC] sent shock waves across the market. As 3AC descended, the backers love it: Voyager, BlockFi and others were also in trouble. In the midst of all this, the whereabouts of the firm’s founders Zhu Su and Kyle Davies were unknown. Now, weeks after going incognito, Zhu Su decided to break his silence on Twitter.

Addressed to a person named Russel, the founder of Three Arrows Capital has shared screenshots of two emails. Zhu Su is further seen accusing the platform’s liquidators of “baiting”.

The above-mentioned emails were sent by Christopher Anand Daniel of Advocatus Law, Zhu Su’s legal counsel. The emails were reportedly sent to the legal team of the Three Arrows Capital liquidators.

In addition, according to the email, Zhu Su’s legal counsel accused liquidators of luring both founders. All this while neglecting their efforts to work with them.

Zhu Su does not continue with today’s call

The residence of the founders are a topic of interest. The whole crypto verse wondered where they were. Meanwhile, rumors surfaced that they would flee to Singapore. Through the above tweet, Zhu’s legal counsel revealed that the co-founders received multiple threats of physical assault. In addition, they had to deal with multiple questions from the Monetary Authority of Singapore [MAS]†

In addition, the legal representatives of the Three Arrows liquidators complained again and again that Zhu and Davies were not cooperating with them. Now, as they continue their battle against the liquidators, Zhu Su and Davies are said to forgo the planned call.
