ZOODLE BOLOGNESE

ingredients

300g ground beef

100g ui

1 clove of garlic

salt and pepper

1 can tomatoes

1 teaspoon beef extract powder

4 white button mushrooms

300g courgettes

Method

Add the minced meat, diced onion and crushed garlic clove to a frying pan. Season with salt and pepper, brown for 6-8 minutes.

Add the canned tomatoes, beef stock powder and diced mushrooms to the frying pan with a little water. Simmer uncovered for 12-15 minutes (add more water if necessary).

Cut the courgettes into ‘zoodles’ with a spiralizer or cut thin, cook in a saucepan of boiling water for 4-5 minutes, drain once cooked. Serve.
