Now that you’ve found a bargain or won an auction on eBay, you’re probably wondering how long you’ll have to wait to get your hands on your item. eBay usually sends this information by email, but you can always check your purchase history for updates on the estimated delivery date. How to track your eBay order
If you’re a eBay account, you can track your orders from your purchase history. Click My eBay and select Purchase history from the drop-down menu on the home page.

Here you can track the shipping progress for each item you have purchased after the seller ships your item. If your seller uses a tracking shipping service, you can view the carrier information and current location of your order by clicking the tracking number. If your item doesn’t have tracking, you can still see the estimated delivery date for your package.

If you think the seller is using a tracked service but don’t see a tracking number, they may need to upload it. It’s a good idea to check your shipping options before purchasing the item, but you can contact the seller to ask them to add tracking.
How to track your eBay guest order
While you have to create an eBay account to start selling items, you can buy items as a guest. However, you will need the order confirmation that eBay sent to the email address you provided at checkout. To help find that, the subject line of the email should be “Order Confirmed.”

In that email, click View order detailsand select on the next page View shipping information. You will then find a delivery status bar with the shipping service, tracking number and current location of the item.

If you don’t see the tracking information, you can select: Contact the seller on the Order Details page and ask the seller to upload the tracking number. If you can’t find your guest order confirmation email, click this link for eBay to resend your order information.
