CHELSEA ace Wesley Fofana appeared to be in tears as he stumbled off the field in the first half against AC Milan with an injury.
The summer signing was later spotted using crutches to leave the stadium.
Fofana, 21, helped the Blues take their first three points in the Champions League this season with a 3-0 win over Milan at Stamford Bridge.
The central defender enjoyed a dream start when he opened the score at 24 minutes, but his night turned sour shortly after.
The France international suffered an apparent knee injury that brought him to tears just 14 minutes later.
The obviously emotional 21-year-old could not continue and was eventually replaced by Trevoh Chalobah.


Fans were clearly concerned as they flooded Twitter and feared the worst for it To breathewho also suffered a devastating leg fracture last year while at Leicester, which left him out for most of last season.
One fan tweeted: “Hope Fofana’s injury is not serious. His tears are not a good sign.”
Another wrote: “Extremely concerned about Fofana. In tears and it looks like the same knee he tore before. I really hope it’s small.”

Chelsea sealed the second half victory with goals from Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang after 56 minutes and Reece James just five minutes later.
