A GYM girl tried Khloe Kardashian’s butt workout, but said she was surprised when she realized it wasn’t as hard as she thought.
The Kardashian-Jenner clan is known for their fit physiques, among other things, but a fitness pro tried out Khloe Kardashian’s booty workout and was shocked at how easy it was.
Fitness influencer Sophia Nicole shares with viewers in a TikTok her experience trying Khloe Kardashian’s go-to glute workout.
Known on the platform as @sophianikki, the workout guru usually posts on her social account about celebrity workouts she tries, foods that “really get her going” or her love of cycling as an exercise outlet.
With over 100,000 followers on the social platform, the trainer spends much of her time sharing her workout regimen with them.
In the 30 seconds videoNicole demonstrates the five moves that Khloe Kardashian says are key to achieving her amazing body.
The video begins with Nicole staring into the camera in stunned as she exclaims, “Khloe Kardashian has a butt workout online. Let’s watch it and do it!”
She quickly moves to the first step in the active routine, which is squats with elevated heels.
“I like them, but honestly, these are going to make you aim for the quads,” she says.
The next part of the fitness routine is a workout many add to their regimen called deadlifts, and the reality star does ten of them.
“Deadlifts. With that hip hinge. Glutes and hammies. It gives booty,” says Nicole.
The third part of the fitness routine adds a little cardio to mix it up with some jumping rope.
Nicole voices her opinion by saying that she would actually use the jump rope as a warm-up, rather than an actual step in the glute workout.
The fourth addition to the training setup is front squats.
“With weight in the front, you target the front of the body. You get quads,” she claims.
The last part of Kardashian’s butt fitness routine is completed by a single arm hold.
The fitness guru gave a pretty decent review of the workout routine.
“Okay, not that bad overall. Honestly, I think it’s a little quad-dominant, but I like it,” she says as the video comes to a close.

Plus, Nicole shares that she would add kickbacks, sumo deadlifts, and back squats to the workout.
In the end, the workout seems pretty easy to her since she and Kardashian both eat healthy foods and lead active lifestyles.
