Airtel, Lemnisk Partner to Build the World’s Largest CDP Platform

Bharti Airtel, India’s second-largest telecom operator, has announced that it has acquired a strategic stake in Bengaluru-based startup Lemnisk under Airtel’s Start Up Accelerator Program. Lemnisk provides business customers with real-time marketing automation and a secure customer data platform (CDP) capable of building 1-to-1 personalization and cross-channel customer journeys. Businesses could increase retention, conversion and growth of their business through Airtel and Lemnisk offerings. Both companies will work to build the world’s largest enterprise CDP platform. Airtel said the service would be deployed across Airtel’s digital businesses, including the Airtel Thanks app, Wynk Music, Airtel Xstream and Airtel Ads.

Airtel offers the service through Airtel IQ

Airtel has said that it will offer the CDP platform services via in the future Airtel IQ to companies. Enterprises could use the service to create a scalable and omnichannel engagement experience for their customers. In fact, Airtel is going to enable companies to deliver better and more efficient marketing and generate a unique experience for their users.
