Mudryk, 21, has made it clear he wants to join The Gunners in January.

He recorded last month: “From a purely hypothetical perspective, if there was the opportunity to be a bench player for RealMadrid or a starter for Arsenal, then I would probably choose Arsenal.”

And he even posted one picture of his screen as he viewed yesterday’s 3-1 win over West Ham.

Asked about his side’s interest in Mudryk after the game, boss Michael Arteta refused to be pulled.
