Sarah Platt (Tina O’Brien) quickly realizes what she really wanted after a run-in with a criminal damon hay (Ciaran Griffiths) op Coronation Street.
After I met that husband Adam Barlow (Sam Robertson) had chosen to represent Damona sworn enemy of Sarah’s brother Nick Tilsley (Ben price), Sarah stormed off to spend an evening alone in a fancy hotel.
However, she got more than she bargained for when she got talking to a handsome stranger and invited him to share a bottle of champagne in her hotel room.
It wasn’t long before she came to her senses and sent the charmer on his way, only to run into him again downstairs, in the middle of a conversation with her husband.
Sarah’s heart sank when she realized the man she had invited upstairs was in fact Damon himself.
After this event, Damon has taken every opportunity to rekindle the spark he and Sarah initially shared.
Determined to use this to her advantage, Sarah warned him to get away from Nick, and was pleasantly surprised when he did so without question.
However, it wasn’t long before his true intentions became clear, as he proposed to her again on the street.
He challenged her to bet they would sleep together for his mother’s birthday, with the prize being a long weekend in Paris.
Sarah joked that her birthday should be on “the 12th of never,” before Damon revealed it was actually June 21: the longest day of the year.
He tried to flatter her by saying there was no better person to spend it with, though she quickly put him in his place.
As she walked away, he promised to see her “in bed,” and though she labeled him “delusional,” it seemed like the temptation was seeping in.
To counter this, Sarah paid a quick visit to Adam in his office and pulled him into a passionate kiss on his desk.
Will Sarah continue to ignore Damon’s charms, or will she eventually fall for him despite the history between them?
