Former president Donald Trump intends to turn himself in on Tuesday for arraignment in the hush money case and may be prosecuted.
Trump is likely to be indicted on Tuesday, when the charges against him will be unsealed.
The ex-president’s lawyer, Joe Tacopina, did not rule out a gang of the perpetrator or a mugshot on Friday.
“I’m sure they’re going to try to get all the publicity they can get off this thing,” Tacopina told ABC News’s Good Morning America.
He added that “the president will not be handcuffed.”
