OXFORD UNITED has been given permission to build a new 16,000-seat ground under a stunning 250-year deal.

According to BBC Radio Oxford Sportsthe U's and Oxfordshire County Council have signed the legally binding agreement on a lease for the Triangle site near Kidlington.

However, the club must deliver on promises to the community regarding social, environmental and economic benefits.

And the deal is currently subject to planning permission being granted by Cherwell District Council.

This comes after recent news suggesting Oxford's current ground is Kassam Stadium becomes a driving school for children.

Parts of the Kassam will be transformed into a realistic road on which novice drivers can practice.

Young Driver will transform part of the club's parking lot into a road with roundabouts, intersections and traffic signs.

There will also be areas where future drivers – some of whom are as young as 10 years old – can practice their maneuvers.

And the EFL The club will now be on the move in the coming years.
