The charities regulator is prosecuting a company and a number of individuals in connection with an ongoing investigation into the affairs of the Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA).

Charges have been brought by the Charities Regulatory Authority following the alleged non-disclosure of documents or the alleged refusal of individuals to be interviewed by an inspector.
