The first of May two public holidays has now arrived, and the perfect opportunity to catch up on all that annoying stuff Do it yourself jobs around the house.
With the early May Bank Holiday approaching Monday May 5 when the weather'S been warming upit's also a great time to get gardening and make your plot or flower boxes look beautiful. Friday was a complete outbreak, but this weekend the sun seems to have come out (fingers crossed).
But with some shops change their opening hours During public holidays, when can you come by? B&VHome base, Wickes and Screwfix?

When is B&Q open during spring break?
The B&Q stores will be open as normal this spring bank holiday.
This should be from 7 a.m. or from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

When is Homebase open during the holiday?
Homebase says the stores will be open between 8am and 7pm on spring break.

When is Wickes open over the bank holiday?
Wickes says the stores will be open as usual.
This means that you can visit and pick up the items from 7am to 8pm.

When is Screwfix open during spring break?
Most Screwfix stores in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are expected to be open as normal on the bank holiday. from 7am to 8pm.
