PET owners are going wild after a major supermarket announced the return of a popular treat that will deliver two benefits.

The famous pet snack Doggy Ice Cream returns to everyone Aldi stores across the country, the retail giant has confirmed.

Aldi said it is bringing back the popular treat after serious demand from pet owners.

The frozen favorite was so popular at launch that 30 containers were bought in stores every minute, according to the retailer.

The sold-out product will now return to Aldi stores on May 13, priced at just £2.99 for a pack of four.

Pet owners can find the popular dog snack in the frozen section of the grocery store.

And the Doggy Ice Cream is offered in two delicious flavors: Pea and Vanilla and Carrot and Apple.

Because it is 100% plant-based, it is a healthy and nutritious treat for all furry friends who love snacking.

And it will also help them stay cool in the hot summers to come.
