PET owners are going wild after a major supermarket announced the return of a popular treat that will deliver two benefits.
The famous pet snack Doggy Ice Cream returns to everyone Aldi stores across the country, the retail giant has confirmed.
Aldi said it is bringing back the popular treat after serious demand from pet owners.
The frozen favorite was so popular at launch that 30 containers were bought in stores every minute, according to the retailer.
The sold-out product will now return to Aldi stores on May 13, priced at just £2.99 for a pack of four.
Pet owners can find the popular dog snack in the frozen section of the grocery store.
And the Doggy Ice Cream is offered in two delicious flavors: Pea and Vanilla and Carrot and Apple.
Because it is 100% plant-based, it is a healthy and nutritious treat for all furry friends who love snacking.
And it will also help them stay cool in the hot summers to come.

“Now it's back, we hope even more beloved pets can enjoy it”
However, it's important to note that the product will be sold as a Specialbuys item, meaning shoppers should hurry before supplies run out.

A Eagle-eyed shopkeeper saw the new halloumi fries in their local supermarket and shared a post on the Snack Reviews Facebook page.
It said: “New halloumi style fries spotted in Aldi”, accompanied by a photo of the item.
The halloumi-style fries come in a pack of 10 and cost £1.99, and can be purchased via the website or in store.

WHEN it comes to shopping at Aldi, the best time to do so depends on what you want to buy.
For discounted items – when stores are open
Items with red stickers are rare in Aldi's 830 UK stores, but the supermarket says none of its food goes to waste, so there are some to be found – if you act quickly.
A spokesperson for the supermarket said: “All items are reduced to 50 per cent of the recommended retail price before stores open on the best before date.”
That means you have the best chance of finding discounted foods if you go to the stores as soon as they open.

For special purchases – Thursday and Sunday
Special buys include Aldi's weekly collection of items not normally sold, ranging from pizza ovens to power tools.
New stock hits stores every Thursday and Sunday, so these are obviously the best days to pop in for the best one-off deals.
For an even better chance of bagging the best items, get there before your local store opens.
However, you don't have to go to the shops to buy a Specialbuy.
They can also be purchased online, usually at midnight on Thursdays and Sundays, and You can pre-order them up to a week in advance.
When you spend at least €25, the items will be delivered to your home for free.
