One option calls for Tanqueray 10, mixed with watermelon, vermouth and sake. Powerful indeed. Another one, Bruxo Mezcal with hibiscus, guajillo chili and homemade greens. These cost £16, by the way, a price that's irrepressibly reasonable considering their concept and the quality of the spirits used. It's high level stuff. I have a Manhattan. Bourbon, perfect, with ice, cherry. I'm a bit slow and I'm getting stuck in my ways. It's excellent, perfectly made and served quickly, with the powerful rumble of the music setting the stage.
