In contrast, City and East – including Barking and Dagenham, City of London, Newham and Tower Hamlets – saw the lowest turnout at 31 per cent. Brent and Harrow recorded the second lowest figure at 37 per cent, and West Central (Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster) had the third lowest figure at 35 per cent.
