One dead, one injured after car flipped in Northland (file photo)
One person has died and another was injured after a vehicle overturned Tuesday night in Tikipunga, Northland.
Police said they attended the crash on Puna Rere Drive, Tikipunga around 8:50 p.m. on Tuesday night.
“Three people were involved and one is slightly injured and one unharmed.”
“Puna Rere Drive will be closed for several hours and motorists are advised to avoid the area,” a spokesman said.
The Serious Crash Unit was present.
