Oppo introduced its latest budget offering in China with the Oppo A1x – a new branded version of the Oppo A58x which launched in December. The only differences between the two phones are the color options and pricing.
A1x brings a 6.56-inch LCD with HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The back houses a 13MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor. There is a 5MP camera in the waterdrop notch on the front.
The phone is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 700 chipset paired with 6/8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage with support for microSD expansion. The 5,000 mAh battery supports 10W charging. The software side is covered by Color OS 12.1 based on Android 12.
Oppo A1x is available in two colors: black and blue. The 6/128 GB costs CNY 1,399 ($204), while the 8/128 GB version sells for CNY 1,599 ($233). The phone is already available for purchase in China through Oppo’s official online store.
