Samsung launches new 10,000 mAh and 20,000 mAh power banks in India

Samsung has introduced two new power banks for the Indian market. One has a capacity of 10,000 mAh, the other 20,000 mAh. Both devices are offered in only one color: beige. They are both already mentioned on Samsung's official online store for the country, but only the 10,000 mAh model is now available.

So let's start with that. It has a maximum power of 25W and costs INR 3,499 (approximately $41 or €38). It can charge up to two devices via two USB-C ports, but it can also charge a third device wirelessly.

When using it this way, keep in mind that the maximum power will be 7.5W per device. Unsurprisingly, 25W is only available if you're charging just one device. When you charge two wired devices at the same time, each gets 10W. This power bank charges itself at 25 W, measures 148 x 72 x 16.4 mm and weighs 222 grams.

The 20,000 mAh charger does not have wireless charging support and costs INR 4,299 ($51 or €47). This goes up to 45W if you charge only one device, but the power bank can charge up to three devices simultaneously via three USB-C ports.

However, in such use, expect the charging speed to be 15W per device. This power bank charges itself at 45 W, measures 152 x 76 x 25.5 mm and weighs 402 g.
