A Otago Daily Times The reporter saw the man approaching three Naylor Love workers at Dunedin train station at around 12:10 p.m. and holding up his fists to engage in a fight.

He then tried to take off his shirt and give one of the workers a “roundhouse kick” before fleeing behind the train station on foot.
