The price of the Oppo Reno8 T has been revealed ahead of the February 8 announcement

Oppo Reno8 T has been leaking a lot in recent weeks and yesterday we finally found out when the announcement will take place: on February 8at least for the Philippines.

Now, also from the Philippines, we have the price of the upcoming device to talk about, as revealed by a Facebook ad for a brick and mortar store in Quezon City.

According to the listing, which shows several Reno8 T-boxes ready to be sold to customers, the price of the phone will be PHP 18,999, which currently equates to $348 and €320 respectively.

Due to the lack of visible 5G branding on the box, we’re assuming this is the 4G-only model. For that money you apparently get 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, although a 128GB iteration also appears to be in the works. The listing also talks about the handset sporting a 6.43-inch AMOLED touchscreen, a 40x zoom “Microlens” camera and a 100MP “Portrait camera”, whatever that means.

The battery is supposed to be 5,000mAh, with support for 33W fast wired charging. Two colors will be available: black and orange, the latter with a leatherette look. The Reno8 T reportedly runs ColorOS 13 on top of Android 13. If you pre-order one of these in the Philippines, you’ll reportedly get a free pair of Oppo’s Enco Buds2 TWS earphones.

According to previous leaks, rumors and speculation, the 4G-only Reno8 T will be powered by MediaTek’s Helio G99 SoC, while the 5G model will get Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 695.
