ONE This Morning guest broke down in tears on today's show after getting a 'Hollywood makeover' with Botox and fillers.
57-year-old Ranjit couldn't believe her eyes after her massive transformation as part of the Drop A Decade segment of the show.
The Loughborough resident had signed up for the overhaul in time for her son's wedding, but was only allowed to see the results live on air.
Styled in a black and white dress with orange neon heels and a gorgeous new hairstyle, Ranjit looked stunning.
But she was speechless when the hosts asked her about it Josie Gibson And Craig Doyle what she thought of her new look.
The mum-of-four said: “Wow, he doesn't even look like me. I'm amazed. I would never have used orange with it… but it just worked.

“I don't feel like me. I don't feel like me. I'm just in shock. I'm so grateful because everyone has worked so hard and been so nice. I kind of lost myself.”
Ranjit burst into tears and was consoled by Craig, who had jumped from his seat to give her a hug.
This morningNicky Hambelton-Jones then explained exactly what the SEN school worker had undergone to look so amazing.
She said, “So Ranjit obviously started with some styling, just to open her eyes in terms of what she could achieve.
“And she got her eyebrows done. I think that really framed her face.
“She had some filler in the nose to soften her profile and freshen up the skin Botox and fillers.
“And she got her hair done, which totally lifted her spirits. I think the Ranjit we saw in the beginning was completely hidden and now we have just opened her up again and brought that glow back into her skin.
“We can see her beautiful eyes and then end up, I mean, what an amazing figure. How many 57 year olds would die to look like this?
“And we just had to show it off. She's wearing a beautiful Karen Millen dress. And I just really wanted to have that real Carrie Bradshaw, fabulous wow moment in New York.”
ITV viewers were impressed with Ranjit's makeover, who used to go to X Tweet – to shower her with praise.
One wrote, “I must say Ranjit looks great! She had good qualities in the beginning though!”
Another said, “Anyone else crying at Ranjit's makeover and unveiling? She looks great!”
