The TV star said he “feels good” with his muscular figure.

Eagle-eyed viewers noticed him posing in front of a closet of his for the photoshoot TOWIE ex Lydia Bright recently renovated.

She showed it off to followers on Instagram yesterday, writing: “The perfect statement piece in our living room to hold Loretta's things.”

The former reality star happily admitted that she was the person behind the camera, joking: “The last photo shoot I ever do for you. It only took 100 takes!”

The exes split for good in 2016 after Lydia reportedly came home looking James relapses into his drug addiction and uses the Class A drug cocaine.

He tried to turn things around after they split, by ditching the booze and attending a series of grueling fitness camps to lose weight.

The couple never got back together, but eventually the couple settled down a friendly friendship.

Arg recently told the Sun that his ex is still a big part of his life, saying: “I want to be able to see Lydia when I'm not having a good day because she's someone I can go to for help.”

Now at a healthier weight of 15 stone and 7lb, Arg has told how he feared he was eating himself to death as his weight ballooned to 27 stone after his drug battle.

He revealed that battling binge eating almost killed him, saying: “Binge eating made me tired and lethargic, so I made plans every day to meet friends, do a job or achieve something.

'But after I ate, I was so exhausted that I ended up just staying in bed and not leaving the house. One afternoon my mother found me in bed and started crying.

“She said, 'I don't recognize my son anymore.' That was a big wake-up call.

“I also hit the heaviest I've ever been during the height of the pandemic and the doctors said I was dying because I had severe asthma and was morbidly obese, which was the worst possible combination if I got Covid. .

“I could have been a goner, so I just knew I had to do something.”
