A massive factory fire in Italy has caused travel chaos, with flights grounded due to a huge cloud of smoke visible for miles.
The Alpitronic factory, which specializes in the production of electric car charging stations, in Bolzano is currently on fire, with terrifying photos and videos of bright orange flames engulfing the building.
A huge cloud of smoke can be seen circling into the sky and the airspace above Bolzano has been closed as a precaution.
Residents are advised to keep windows and doors closed.
Firefighters from Bolzano and neighboring areas are working with Environment Agency technicians to bring the situation under control.
