0 teams now have their place in the World Cup last 16 after another dramatic night of action in Qatar.
Argentina’s 2–0 win over Poland saw them qualify as Group C winners, with the Poles also going through after beating Mexico in thrilling fashion on goal difference.
France had already qualified for their shock loss to Tunisia, with Australia securing first place in Group D, who went through after upsetting Denmark.
On Tuesday night, a convincing 3-0 victory put England in the last 16 as group B winners, followed by the US beating Iran.
On Monday, Brazil moved past Switzerland in Group G thanks to Casemiro’s late goal and Portugal Uruguay were sidelined in Group H thanks to a Bruno Fernandes brace, sealing their progress with a game to spare.
The Netherlands went on as Group A winners after defeating hosts Qatar, before Senegal defeated Ecuador in a shootout for second place.
