JAK JONES has set The Crucible on fire with his exploits to reach the final of the World Snooker Championship.
The Welsh star is making his ninth qualifier the final of the big event.
However, Jones said he wasn't even at full strength when he reached the final of the showpiece.
Jones, 30, said: “I don't feel like I played well. I didn't come here with any confidence.
“If I wanted something, I would wear something better, for the people watching.
“But I think if I win what I want, it can only get better.”
During his incredible run, he added: “I've had so many disappointments in my career, I don't really get too excited or too down.
“I've watched the world finals pretty much every year and thought, what a dream it would be to be there and what an amazing occasion it is.

Who is Jak Jones' wife, Inna?
Jak Jones' wife Inna is studying law.
The couple met in Latvia in 2016 while Jak was playing at the Riga Masters.
Jak has a large family with nine brothers and sisters, one sister and eight brothers.
And while his father Colin has traveled the world to watch him play, his mother Debbie becomes too nervous to watch him compete in person.
Jak said in an interview about his mother watching him play: “Maybe she'll come up and wash my shirts or something like she did during the last game.”

“She stayed up a few nights ago, washed my shirts and went home the next morning.
'She can't watch it live.
'She'll watch it later when I've won.
“She was never able to watch.
“My dad and I have always hung out together and no one else has ever really come.”
