A nine-year-old boy who went missing on Bournemouth beach in Dorset today has been found.

Dorset police put out a call to find Massien Belguesmia after he disappeared from the beach around 9:20 am.

Police said Massien was found and reunited with his parents around 11:30 am after an extensive search.

The police thanked everyone who helped with the search and shared the call.

Chief Inspector Danny Thompson previously said: “Massien has been missing for a while and the beach is very busy.

“We are releasing an image of him in the clothes he is wearing today and I urge people on Bournemouth Beach to help us find him and either contact Dorset Police or an officer, to warn a lifeguard or shore attendant if you find him.’
