An eagle-eyed bargain hunter spotted the essential furnishings in their local store and shared their good fortune on social media.
One customer shared a photo of the purchase on the website Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Facebook Group.
They said: “It's worth checking out your local Dunelm. This seat was £129 to £12.90! 90% off.”
The post was met with comments from fellow deal fanatics eager to track down the seat.
One said: “Well done, that's pretty cool x”
Another commented: “Which one Dunelm shop was this one, please?”
Reviews for the chair online are also positive.
It reads: “I absolutely love my chair, it looks so elegant and expensive in my bedroom.”
