EastEnders has dropped another huge hint at that legend David Wicks may returnin a recent scene between Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer) And Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins).
The former car lot owner has been mentioned numerous times since the beginning of this year, with his name last popping up in conversation when Bianca and Cindy came face to face for the first time since then. Cindy's return from the dead.
Cindy and David have a complicated history to say the least, with their relationship being the catalyst for Cindy's assassination attempt Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt).
One of his major storylines during his time on the show saw him learn that Bianca was his daughter, after almost starting a romance with her.
David was last mentioned on the show a few weeks ago when Martin Fowler (James Bye) described the history of his fruit and vegetable stall to date Priya Nandra-Hart (Sophie Khan Levy).
Before that, his name was brought up in a conversation back then Whitney Dean (Shona McGarty) Bianca visited Milton Keynes.
During a conversation about Zack Hudson (James Farar), Bianca warned Whitney never to trust the smooth, before remembering that David had been quite the womanizer.
Fans have been anticipating David's return for a while nowwith some having even speculated that he was Cindy's secret business partner, before this was revealed to be the case Dean Wicks (Matt Di Angelo).

Featuring iconic characters such as Cindy, Bianca, Dean, Yolande Trueman (Angela Wynter), Lisa Fowler (Lucy Benjamin), Ryan Malloy (Neil McDermott), Roxy Mitchell (Rita Simons), Graham Foster (Alex McSweeney) and Duncan Boyd (David Gillespie ) who have all returned to the soap in the past year alone, a return for the eldest Wicks brother is unlikely.
David still has plenty of Albert Square connections, including half-brother Ian and cousin Martin – not to mention former flame Cindy – so there would be plenty of opportunity for drama if he returns.
