Gareth Bale tweets for the first time in eight months as he shares a rare seven-word post after Real Madrid beat Bayern

GARETH BALE broke his X-silence to congratulate Real Madrid on reaching the Champions League final.

The Spanish giants made a late comeback to beat Bayern Munich 2-1 at the Bernabéu. won 4-3 on aggregate.

Real Madrid will now take on Borussia Dortmund at Wembley on June 1.

And Bale revealed he will be there to cheer on his former side as they bid to win the title Champions League for a record-extending 15th time.
