“I've always dreamed of having a ridiculous number of tulips in my garden. Mission accomplished!” said one Redditor who has since deleted his account.

Their previously bare front yard had definitely had a floral upgrade that had people standing on the ground.

What started as a garden with only soil was now full of flowers.

Dozens of multi-colored tulips can be attributed to the home's new appeal.

The orange, pink, white and purple variants outlined the front of the garden in a curved pattern – and that was not all.

They also had planters and flower beds where more tulips and other small plants grew.

On the other side of a walkway were more tulips.

People were so impressed by the tulip transformation that they wondered if it was a professional job.

“Are you a designer or did you rent this out?” asked one Reddit user.

“The palette is beautiful and I love the way you've distributed the colors. Truly incredible. I'd love to see more photos of your garden throughout the season,” they continued.

“Thank you! Not a designer and we did it ourselves. I've been working on the plan in my mind for years – at least ten. It's a literal dream come true,” they replied.

Others also continued to rave about the DIY outdoor oasis.

“Absolutely beautiful! Great job,” one user wrote.

“It's just so damn fun to watch. Congratulations on your dream come true! It's worth an award and belongs in magazines!” another Redditor agreed.

“Really nice! Looks like all your hard work paid off,” said a third user.

Others had their own questions.

“Those planters are adorable! Are they ready-made or did you buy them somewhere? I think they look beautiful!” said one Redditor.

“They're just recycled planks from another project. We made the biggest boxes we could from the pieces we had. Then painted them black and laid them on the floor,” they replied.

“How many bulbs approximately? Beautiful colors!” wrote another user.

“A thousand,” they replied.
