Keanu Reeves And Sandra Bullock could be for it Speed 3.
The Speed stars stopped by the 50 mph podcast to discuss the Action thriller from 1994, alongside their fellow co-stars Jeff Daniels, Alan Ruck and Dennis Hopper.
When asked about a possible threequel, the Matrix star said, “I mean, you know – we would knock it out of the park.” Bullock interjected and said she might be ready: “Before I die, before I leave this planet, I think Keanu and I should do something on camera. Are we, you know, in wheelchairs or with walkers? Maybe. Are we on little scooters at Disneyland?”
Reeves echoed her sentiments, adding that it can't be forced, despite their apparent interest. “It feels like there's a siren in there, like something hasn't been done,” he said. “I would like to work with you again before our eyes close.”
Three years after the release of the Jan de Bont film, Bullock starred in a sequel, but Reeves did not. Looking back through the years, The proposal star noted that she regretted participating in the second episode, which was widely panned.
Despite Reeves and Bullock not for collaboration Speed 2the actors reflected positively on their time together in the first film.
“We had an affection,” the John Wick star said on the podcast. “And the characters themselves have affection. I think Jack and Annie's are different than Sandra and Keanu's, but I think we played off each other and I think it was just fun. I also think we trusted each other a little, right?
The Ms. Congeniality star added that their connection on set helped fans find their characters in the project. “I felt very comfortable with Keanu,” she said. “There was nothing I couldn't try or do or say that he wouldn't, I felt, have fought for me to do or say or try, and that kind of trust is very rare in actors.
