King Charles it's been a year already his historic coronation by sharing a behind-the-scenes video, including unseen clips.

May 6, 2023, kicked off with the clipping of horses' hooves and ended with Charles sitting in the chair of St. Edward during the first coronation since Queen Elizabeth's in 1953.

'In addition to the service itself, a carriage procession also passed through the center during the Coronation weekend Londona flypast, a royal salute by 4,000 troops in the gardens of Buckingham Palacea coronation concert at Windsor Castle and a British volunteer initiative.

The clip showed Charles meeting royal fans on the Mall the day before the ceremony, and Queen Camilla being taken to the Abbey in a horse-drawn carriage.

After a series of shots from the abbey – including the moment the couple are crowned king and queen – the royals return to Buckingham Palace.

Other moments in the film included a cockpit video taken by a Red Arrows pilot during the RAF fly pass and Prince William's speech to his father.

Presidents, monarchs, politicians and celebrities were among the 2,300 people who attended the ceremony in Westminster Abbey.

“I come not to be served, but to serve,” Charles said that day, wearing a robe first worn by his grandfather, George VI.

“Grant that I may be a blessing to all your children, of every faith and creed.”

The king was out last week for the first time since his cancer diagnosis.

He told patients at University College Hospital Macmillan Cancer Center in London on Tuesday that he was 'shocked' to have been diagnosed with cancer.

Nearly three months after announcing he had cancer, Charles is counting down his treatment, palace officials said last month.
