Prince Harry's five words reveal what he really thinks about King Charles' reunion | Royal | News

Prince Harry's released five telling words that reveal how he really feels about reuniting with his father, King Charles.

The Duke of Sussex arrived in Britain earlier today in preparation to attend a special ceremony to mark the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games in London on Wednesday.

After much speculation, it has now been confirmed that Harry will not meet his father while he is in Britain.

Although Harry will not meet the king, a statement released on Tuesday afternoon revealed that he “hopes to see him soon”.

A spokesman for Harry said: “Unfortunately it will not be possible due to His Majesty's full schedule.

'The Duke obviously understands his father's diary with obligations and various other priorities and hopes to see him soon.'

According to AppleHarry won't be visiting either Prince Williambut wanted to see his father.

When Harry arrived in Britain on Tuesday afternoon, he was said to have traveled without a trip Meghan Markle and their two children: Archie, five, and Lilibet, two.

It was previously reported that Meghan will meet Harry later this week for a visit to Nigeria, which was seen as an apparent turn away from Britain.

The couple will travel separately, with Harry traveling from Britain to Nigeria for further commitments to the Games.

Today's touchdown in Britain marks Harry's first time in Britain since his whirlwind journey, just hours after his father's diagnosis was made public earlier this year.

Within 24 hours of the revelation of the King's diagnosis, Harry made the 10-hour journey from Los Angeles to London in February.

As with this most recent visit, Harry traveled alone in February – without Meghan and their two children.

On the day of Harry's Invictus Games ceremony on May 8, the king is expected to attend a traditional gathering in the Buckingham Palace Garden. This will be the king's second public appearance since returning to public duties last week.

In addition to May 8, a second meeting will take place on Tuesday, May 21.

A third is expected to take place at the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh and will take place on Tuesday, July 2.
