MIKE TYSON left a reporter shocked after revealing his disgusting diet to fight Jake Paul.

The heavyweight icon and YouTuber boxer Paul are set to clash during a controversial game on July 20 in Texas.

And Tyson turned back the clock in the gym and he did just that forbade himself sex and smoking weed during training.

But that's not the only revelation Iron Mike has made.

Interviewer Damon Elliott said: “You look like a 20-year-old. Who cares. What are you eating?”

A topless Tyson, 57, replied: “Raw meat.”

Elliott replied, “Seriously, Mike? Do you eat raw meat?”

Tyson chillingly warned: “I'm going to have to eat it now because my opponent will be raw meat.”

Red meat such as beef and some fish can be eaten raw, but it is not recommended because they contain disease-causing bacteria.

During Tyson's productive heyday, he ate up to 4,000 calories a dayenjoying steak, pasta, chicken, rice and fruit.

The boxing legend fought at heavyweight at 220lb (15st 7lb) during his reign of terror.

Paul weighed as light as 183.6 pounds (13st 1 pound), but his last two fights were at the 200 pound cruiserweight limit of 14st 4 pounds.

Although he revealed astonishing plans to hit 240 (17st 1lb) in training before cutting two stones to 220 pounds.

He continued podcast: “I'm just going to eat as much as possible and it turns out that my body carries this weight very well.

“And I'm just growing. I think I'll get to 240 and probably slow down, so I'm much faster.

“But when I train for this camp—and camp hasn't started yet—but when I train in this camp at 240 and then go back to 220, it's basically like I've had a 20-pound weight vest on the entire camp. .

“So my muscles will get so much stronger and that speed will come through.”

Paul's plan would be to weigh 240 lbs FOUR STONE heavier than the 13th 1lb he climbed before losing Tommy Fury24, last year.
