Royal family LIVE: Harry and Meghan warned against visiting Britain as reconciliation is 'in doubt' | Royal | News

Prince Harry And Meghan Markle have been warned because the chances of a royal reconciliation are 'doubtful'.

The Duke of Sussex will return to Britain this week for a special ceremony at St Paul's Cathedral to mark the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games on May 8.

However, Meghan has no plans to join her husband in Britain and will next travel to Nigeria to reunite for extended commitments for the Games.

Ahead of his visit to Britain, royal expert Angela Levin has spoken of a reconciliation between Harry and the royal family – especially as he 'rushes' through the trip. The 39-year-old Duke is expected to travel to Nigeria shortly after the ceremony in London.

On whether there will be a reconciliation between Harry and King Charles, Ms Levin told GB News: “Personally I don't think so because there is a big party in the gardens. [at Buckingham Palace] which ends as the Invictus Games [ceremony] ends at 6pm…I think [King Charles] will be very tired and when he sees Harry [then] it would be very quiet [and] a very fast one [meeting].

“Harry, with Meghan [also] leaving for Nigeria the next day, so I think rushing to see people when you haven't had a decent conversation in a long time is actually not ideal.”
