Speaking The Sun's exclusive Royal ShowITV's royal editor Chris Ship said: “If I was in Harry and Meghan's office planning this tour, I would be looking at what William and Kate were doing in the Caribbean and not doing any of it.
'I would try to do it a little differently. It wasn't William and Kate's intention, but you don't want that accusation that there were white former colonial masters who saw people in the colonies.
“That's something they want to avoid for all kinds of reasons. If I were planning the tour, I would think very carefully about the optics of it.”
