Students ‘threatened with suspension’ if they photograph a translator with huge breast prostheses

Students would have been threatened with suspension if they took pictures of their controversy transgender teacher who has size Z prosthetic breasts.

Parents in the Halton School District, Ontario, Canadaalleged that some students were warned they would be suspended from classes if they continued to film and photograph Oakville Trafalgar High School shop teacher Kayla Lemieux.

Lemieux made headlines earlier this fall after widely circulated photos of her in class wearing the massive prosthetics, as well as her skydiving trip with a porn star.

Students have since shared videos of Lemieux at other schools as she recovers from a foot injury, showing her walking with crutches and sitting next to a student who appeared to be vaping, the Toronto sun reports.

The district has now issued a warning reminding students not to take photos of anyone at school unless they have their permission.

In addition to complaints about the alleged suspension warnings, parents claimed that “Lemieux will be given a personal escort [and] protection” everywhere she goes after the district receives a series of bomb threats.

Ontario students were reportedly threatened with suspension for filming and photographing Oakville Trafalgar High School shop teacher Kayla Lemieux. The controversial teacher, who wears size Z breast forms, was seen on crutches last week

The Halton District School Board suggested it would be a violation of the Ontario Human Rights Code to criticize la Lemieux, who began transitioning from male to female last year, or to stop wearing the massive breast prostheses (above)

Although skydive instructor and male porn star Alexandre Boisvert described Lemieux’s skydive as “challenging,” there were no reports that the teacher was injured during the trip.

However, the Halton District School Board said Lemieux suffered a foot injury and had to abandon her usual duties at the store while she recovers.

She was then filmed hobbling with crutches on the Dr. Frank J. Hayden Secondary School in Burlington, and worked as a substitute teacher at Abbey Park High School in Oakville.

Parents in the schools told the Sun police had been seen in both buildings as the district increased security after two consecutive bomb threats last month.

The Halton District School Board has repeatedly defended Lemieux’s decision to transition and wear women’s clothing, saying the issue of size Z prosthetic breasts is a “personnel issue.”

School board spokesperson Heather Francey reiterated that the district cannot comment on human resources matters.

She added that students must adhere to the district’s policies for the responsible use of information and communications technology.

“It is routine for students to obtain permission from any subject (including other students, staff or any other person) at any time before capturing, using and sending any photos or videos,” she told the Sun. “This policy helps guide that standard courtesy across our board.”

The district did not immediately respond to DailyMail.com’s request for additional comments.

Lemieux began transitioning from male to female in 2021, but only recently showed up at school with the prosthetics.

The district has claimed that interfering or criticizing the teacher would violate the Ontario Human Rights Code.

“The HDSB recognizes the rights of students, staff, parents/guardians and community members to receive equitable treatment without discrimination based on gender identity and gender expression.

Gender identity and gender expression are protected grounds under the Ontario Human Rights Code,” the board said in a statement.

Meanwhile, high school parents and students seemed divided on the issue.

Owen LaPlante, a 12th grader at the school, told me the Toronto sun that while some people support Lemieux, others are uncomfortable with the situation.

“I’m fine with it,” he said. “I know some of my friends are a little uncomfortable with it, but I think she should be able to express herself however she wants.”

Yuxuan Xie, a student in class 10, told the Sun that most children at the school seem to have brushed off the incident.

“I don’t really hear anyone talking about it,” he said. “I think we might not care.”

A woman who identified herself as Lei, a mother of a senior at the school, told the Sun that while she was okay with Lemieux coming out as a trans woman, she said wearing such large prosthetics was too much.

“I think he’s going a little too far,” Lei said. “I think it’s good to self-identify, but I think if you just wear that in class… I’m still worried about that.”
