Prince Harry still harbors ‘anger and frustration’ over explosive encounter | Royal | News

Prince Harry recalls having a heated encounter with Prince William, his late grandmother, the Queen, and the then Prince of Wales, his father, King Charles. Body language expert Darren Stanton picks up on Harry’s non-verbal cues and believes the Duke is still harboring “anger and frustration” over the meeting. The tense family summit in Sandringham was brought up by the Duke in Episode 5 of Netflix’s bombshell series ‘Megan & Harry’ which fell on Thursday.

Speaking on behalf Betfair bingosaid Mr Stanton: “At one point in the documentary, Harry is seen speaking of a tense meeting with William, Charles and the Queen.

Harry showed a clear expression of anger. Clearly he still holds a lot of frustration and anger when he thinks back on the situation.

He then rubbed his right hand over his knee, which is a confident gesture, before speaking of the Queen.

“His eyes were immediately drawn down and his demeanor changed from an emotion of anger to sadness.”

He added: “Overall, Harry showed a combination of stress and anger in the clip.

It is clear that he wanted to step down from his royal duties, but also to remain loyal to the Queen and his father.

“He was pulled in the right direction and tried to do his best for his family.

“From the look of his face, Harry is not a man who hides stress or worry very well. I believe he is deeply moved by the whole situation.”

In the same episode, Harry claims the meeting was scheduled to exclude Meghan who had left the UK to look after baby Archie, so he had to attend alone.

Harry says: “I went in with the same proposal that we had already made publicly.

“But when I got there I was given five options. One was all in, no change. Five was all out.

“I chose option three during the meeting. Half in, half out. Having our own jobs, but also working in support of the Queen.”
